He has spent the last three years studying and working on AI strategy and developing AI solutions. Rob Cannon, PhD, is an organizational psychologist who studies how teams adopt, resist, and reshape new ways of working. You get both of us in the room with you as you work through your plan, so the thinking lands with your team, and the change actually sticks.

If you have more than one leader who needs it, or more than one team, we add another Playbook for each. If the scope grows beyond a handful of leaders and teams, you can move to our AI Alignment Partnership. This may be a better fit as we can move to a scope and budget built around the whole picture.
